Join us on a lino cutting print workshop with printmaker Lou Tonkin. The day will be a joyous and playful immersion into lino-cut print making and is suitable for beginners or anyone who enjoys this beautiful process. We will spend the first part of the day exploring Potager, using the abundance in the garden in September to inspire our images which we will then draw directly onto our A5 lino print blocks before cutting our designs into relief prints. Feel free to bring any keepsakes or small items from home that you’d like to include in your design. The workshop will be held in Potager’s beautiful garden studio and the cost covers all materials & a delicious lunch from the cafe. Please wear old clothing that you don’t mind getting a bit inky & bring something to carry your prints and blocks home.
