Come and explore the hidden dye plants of spring alongside the colours that can be found from the scraps from Potager’s kitchen. The workshop will be based in Potager’s beautiful studio with time to go on a foraging walk in the gardens.

Explore non toxic mordant techniques, learn to extract colours from flowers, barks and leaves and leave with your very own shibori dyed piece of British wool and seasonal colours swatch sheet.

Run by Naomi Hannam of Creative Roots– ‘I am artist, educator and nature based facilitator. My work centres around weaving connection between land, community and creativity. Tea/coffee will be provided – please bring a packed lunch or you’re welcome to order lunch in the café.
