We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase from Potager, so if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund. If your order is faulty in any way get in touch with us via email or phone to let us know what’s wrong and we’ll sort it out.


If you need to exchange your order for a different size, colour or style, you can return your order for a full refund (postage excluded) and then place a new order online at potagergarden.org.


  • We offer refunds for regular priced items only
  • We do not offer refunds on gift cards
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded

Please use the returns label provided on the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, mail your items with your order number to:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item and we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance just in case your parcel gets lost in the post.

Once your return is received we will notify you by email. We will also notify you when we have processed the refund.


If you haven’t received your refund within a week, please double check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account, please allow a few days for this to clear.
