Babygro is a registered charity offering free, research-informed, workshops for parents and their babies at Potager Garden.
Led by developmental psychologist Dr Amanda Lucas, each session weaves the latest insights on parent–infant communication, brain development, and the foundations of lifelong mental health into joyful, nurturing activities that parents and babies can share together.
Alongside our 8-week Brain Development Course, we also run evidence-based support sessions on some of the most common early challenges — infant sleep, crying, and feeding. These sessions provide not only guidance, but also a warm community of parents navigating the same stage of life.
