Hello all,
After lots of interest I am really happy to be starting a series of Felt creation workshops at my studio at Potager Gardens starting on Sat 15th October 10.30 – 3pm, more dates to be announced.
I will be limiting each session to 6 people to ensure we cover as much as possible as well as fitting in lots of coffee cake and one of the Potager cafe delicious lunches.
I will be sharing my knowledge of felting, how to use the wool and helping you to bring some of your creations to life. It is a wonderful instinctive medium – there are no stitches to learn but a lot of patience and perseverance required to achieve results but hopefully the results are worth it.
I will be providing equipment for the day which include
– a range of felting needles
– foam pad
– selection of natural coloured wools
– reference pictures (if you have something specific you would like to make please feel free to bring in your own images/research material)
I will also make sure you have enough wool to go home and complete your project in your own time.
Price per session is £55 including materials and lunch.
